We hope everyone had a great President's Day weekend!
We spent ours doing a little shopping, eating too much sushi, and spending some much needed downtime with friends.

ReplyDeleteMadison: I love the way you took a more summery look and made it winter/February appropriate. Stripes are an absolute classic and look very cute in dress form. Your cargo jacket adds the right amount of ruggedness to such a classic while your hat is a fun funky touch. Black tights made the look weather appropriate while your boots provide another neutral color that balances out the look. That gold belt you have on adds a nice hint of luxuriousness and red lipstick looks great with every outfit!
Lauren: I really enjoy the way you combined textures and patterns to create a cute look that's perfectly casual for relaxing weekends. Though I never would have thought to layer lace over plaid (or to even pair the two together!), you prove that unusual combinations can make a very aesthetically pleasing outfit. Neutral boots keep the attention focused on your cool top half while that shiny collar necklace attracts attention perfectly (ooooh shiny!). Red lips and rosy cheeks finish off the look smashingly.
