{real quick: how come no one told us "extravaganza" was spelled wrong? How embarrassing... But in the spirit of laziness, it's going to stay that way}

Alright guys, today we have a special little lady posting that likes to refer to herself as MRS. DTF. And no, her name isn't an innuendo, it's her husbands initials. How do we know this? Well, us and the Mrs. have been besties/roommates since freshman year. And even though she gon' done got married, we still love her.

hey there.

i'm mrs. dtf and i blog over here.

i'm pretty much best friends with lauren and madison.

but this is my first guest post on awkward girls.

i feel pretty cool.

this is me back in high school.

rollin in the new year 2009.

my friend back there is chugging martinellis.

i figure since i'm married now it's time to be fancy.

so i stalked pinterest all day for some new years inspiration.

if i was REALLY cool i would throw new years party...

i would send out crafty little invitations.

i would get all fancy in a dress and heels.

i would make little finger foods and desserts.

i would decorate my house with clocks and such.

and everyone would come and be my friend.

but i'm just kinda cool, not REALLY cool, so i think i'll just spend new year's eve cuddled up with my husband and new fambam in portland. and ain't nothin' wrong with that. what are your big plans? stop by my blog some time and let me know so i can live vicariously through you. kthanks.
